New Album Gaining Steam!

Aqueous has been ferociously writing new material to ensure that we can get in the studio in the early days of May! The plan is to have the whole album written by April and to be tracking throughout May and June and hopefully have everything mixed, mastered, and produced for the late summer season! This album will be a fresh groovin' Aqueous. Since recording our EP in 2008-2009 we have drawn up all sorts of new ideas that we want to showcase in the upcoming album. We think you will really enjoy this new Aqueous!

We're very happy to announce some new shows for winter 2010! We hope you all had a great holiday season, and now since the holiday rush is over, why not drop in on an AQ show. Aqueous returns to Nietzsche's on January 13th, the Fairways on February 5th and McGarret's on February 26th. For full details on each show, please check out our shows page. Hope to see you there!
Also, Aqueous is now selling new merchandise at all of the shows! Aside from offering our EP and wristbands, we will now have new T-shirts as well as new stickers and a volume of Aqueous Live Nugs available at every show. As long as everything goes according to plan, Live Nugs will be free for all of you fans! Please check our merch page to see our new goods, and when it is ready, Live Nugs Volume I can be heard on our music page as well. We are very excited about everything in the works for 2010 and hope you all are too!

Aqueous Live Nugs

As winter falls upon us we have come up with our latest creation. Recently our sound engineer (Nogle) has taken in some beautiful new gear that allows us to record each and every show with pristine quality. You might be asking yourself, "Gee guys, why... just why should this matter to me?"
Well to answer your question, this means that Aqueous will be archiving every show from here on out! We are going to dig deep into all of this material and pull out some of our favorite jams from various nights and release it on CD which will be FREE at every Aqueous show! And if all goes as planned it will also be available for FREE download on our music page.
This is exciting because if you haven't had a chance to make it to an AQ show then you can get a taste, and if you were at the show you can re-live the experience over and over! And to make it even sweeter, we plan to release these live CDs in a volume style, so the first time you see us you might be getting your hands on volume I, but maybe the next show we will have a volume II available and so on.
We've come across what we believe is the most appropriate name for this collection. The volumes will be referred to as Aqueous Live Nugs. So heads up for Aqueous Live Nugs Volume I! We will keep you posted as to when Volume I will be available!

Hello to everyone again, it's the latest installment to the blog! And it is some really good news. We've been doing a lot of writing lately and its official, we will be putting out our first full length album. So far we have only released our 6 song self-titled EP so it's exciting for us to work on a full length work. We are really just getting started so it will be a while before we actually release it. Anything and everything is influencing our writing so you might hear some interesting things. We're just letting it all happen naturally and once we have an album's worth of groovy songs we will begin recording. Our live shows have been a big part in our writing process so make sure you don't miss any shows because you might be hearing the next AQ tune... we don't even know! Either way, we'll see you at the next one!

The video is from Halloween night so you can catch a glimpse of our costumes as well. You can watch it here or click on our media page and look through our other videos as well!

We're thrilled to announce that on Halloween Aqueous will be performing at Water Street Landing in Lewiston, NY for a Halloween party like no other. The band is scheduled to perform with friends Free Henry! making this a night you're not going to want to miss. What could be better than WNY's best playing on the same night?
The party starts at 9:00pm so don't be late, or there's no candy for you!

From now on, anything and everything you want to know about Aqueous can be found / answered here! There is a lot to explore on the site, and if you don't mind I would suggest checking out some of our MEDIA and if you're a new-comer check out our MUSIC
We have alot of plans for this site. However, it is brand new and she might have some kinks, so don't be afraid to let us know anything you come across. Or if you have any suggestions for things we can add to the site to make it better. Our minds are open!
